Application:
Apply base coat color (optional). Apply a layer of our Mask Up base coat From bottle, Sprinkle with glitter, Shake off excess glitter, Cure with UV/LED lamp.
Apply our Sheer Shine No-Wipe Gel Top Coat on the tips and entire nail & cure.
