Tracking Orders

The moment we print your postage you will be notified via email that your order has shipped. This email contains tracking details as well as a direct link you can click on to track your package.

If you were logged into your Nail Wig account when you made your purchase, your orders will be saved for easy referencing!

To track orders from your account, simply follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on the “My Orders” link to display your order history
  • Locate the order you wish to track and click on the “View Order” link
  • Click on the “Shipments” tab
  • Click “Track this shipment” or use the tracking number details provided at the bottom to track the package yourself
