We understand that there may be times where you would like to return a particular item for a refund, exchange, or store credit. This is totally okay with us! We offer a 100% satisfaction on our entire catalog and would never leave you stuck with something you don’t absolutely love!
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges will be issued provided the refund request is made within 30 days of receipt of the original item. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will dispatch your exchange or refund your original method of payment with the amount of your purchase price minus shipping charges.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will promptly issue you a private coupon code for the amount you are owed (minus shipping charges) that you can then apply to any future purchases made in our store. This is the best way to “exchange” an item since you can take your time to select an ideal replacement and place your order whenever you please.
- Store credit coupons do not expire.
- Store credit coupons can be applied to anything in our store (including shipping charges).
- Store credit coupons can be given to another person if you do not wish to use them yourself.
The entire refund / store credit process takes 1 to 3 business days following the receipt of the returned goods. If we have any questions or concerns about your request or items we will contact you by initial email the order was placed with.
To Make a Return
To request a return for a refund or store credit, please contact us. We will contact you within 1 business days with RMA instructions. Your email should include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your order number
- Items to return & reason
- Whether you want a refund, exchange, or store credit
- If you want an exchange, which item would you like as a replacement
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCTS UNTIL YOU’VE RECEIVED AN RA# (return authorization number) FROM US!
We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit! Please ensure you package your return items securely and carefully.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact us page. Please have the invoice number, date of transaction, and information used for that order.
