You did that….. Slayed is a coral pigment with a black light effect. It's orange red tone is great day or night. 

Apply a white or light base color & cure

Unscrew cap, tap up and down on cap to remove excess powder
with applied applicator,Gently rub on bright pigments onto the tacky layer
Seal with the a Gel Topcoat & cure

This product is very good for a an artist like myself. I put some of these nail powder into my white acrylic paint and like magic....the colors turned out to be vivid and beautiful 😍 love the product
